I had difficulty
I had difficulty editing my answers. In retrospect, apparently I wasn't waiting long enough for the new answer to register before hitting the "Next" button, so my edit didn't register.
I complained to customer service. They answered in a few hours (!) but in the meantime I figured out what was going on, and completed the form. Unfortunately they reset my answers and I had to go back in and confirm them all again as they were "cleared."
A note. . . "Please wait while your change is saved." would be a nice addition. Or disable the "Next" button until the change has been saved? Maybe I'm the only one who has had this issue.
I also wish I could have resized the browser window with the questions. I would have taken a screen shot of them and printed them to review. Proofing on screen is a lot different from proofing a hard copy.
I really appreciate this service. I know I could have gotten forms from the state and filled them out myself for next to nothing, but I have a lot of difficulty understanding legal documents. They are often misleading as they use common words, but with a limited contextual meaning. Thus I often think I understand the meaning of something, when in fact I don't.
