Everything I needed
I was hesitant to try an online divorce. I called a lawyers office and found that an uncontested, no minors divorce cost almost three times more than the CompleteCase divorce. I followed the instructions and had absolutely no problem. I would not hesitate to recommend CompleteCase.

Cheap, Fast and Easy! You would never discribe a Divorce this way until now!
"I have told everyone I see how easy my divorce was with CompleteCase. Had I known about this site sooner, I would have started my divorce process months ago. I had never been divorced before, didn't know what to expect, and didn't have an extra $1,000+ dollars. I just did what any mature adult would do; stick my head in the sand and hope it just ""went away."" Then after a conversation with my Ex Husband (of all people) discussing cost, lawyers, and possible online options; I went on a Google mission. I ran across CompleteCase and started the walk through process. The site and setup was so helpful, told you exactly what to do step by step. 1hr later I paid the very low price of $300, called my ex and told him the papers are done, filled out, paid for, and are to be returned with-in 2 days to be printed. Surprisingly he was SHOCKED, and had to have felt pretty stupid for giving me the idea in the first place (he was not wanting the divorce). Next day, less than 24hrs the papers are in my inbox. I printed them out, met my ex after work at the bank to have them notarized (free if you have an account with that bank). This site even made this process simple. Spells out who needs to sign what pages, where to sign, and even told the notaree where to notarize. 15 min later I am off to the court house to file. Handed the papers to the court clerk, he did his thing, handed me back what I needed for the court room, told me the soonest date we could meet with the judge, and the time to arrive. I paid them $130 dollar filing fee and was done. It took 10 min tops. Our state has a 30 day waiting period. After that 30 days we went back to the court house with the papers the clerk handed back to me. Went before the judge, was granted the divorce and the final signed papers arrived in the mail in less than 10 days. Amazing, people talk about how expensive, and long divorces take. With this process it took 31 days, and $430 dollars which was split equally. I got DIVORCED for $215 dollars. No stress! I tell people I got divorced in an hour, because with CompleteCase that's about all the leg work you have. I am so thankful for this site. If I haden't found CompleteCase I would probably still have my head in the sand!"

RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS

Before filing for divorce in Missouri, either spouse must have been a resident of the state for at least ninety days.

GROUNDS

The only basis for divorce in Missouri is an irretrievable breakdown of marriage relationship.

CHILD CUSTODY

The court will award either joint or sole child custody in accordance with of the best interests of the child. Although joint physical custody of children can also be agreed upon by the parties and gives the parties equal decision-making power, this does not necessarily ensure that both parties will be granted equal time with the child.

CHILD SUPPORT

Missouri’s child support guidelines apply in virtually every case, unless special circumstances are present. The child support calculation takes into consideration the needs of the child, and the parents' ability to pay. Child support payments typically continue through the child’s eighteenth birthday, and may extend through his or her secondary education.

VENUE

Either spouse in the county where either spouse resides may initiate dissolution of marriage.

MEDIATION

If a divorce is pending, either party may file a motion requesting mediation of their disputed issues. The parties may choose to submit any or all of their issues to mediation prior to the initiation of divorce proceedings, in order that they may proceed on an uncontested basis.
